DELIVERY
Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
TIME FRAME
Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery time for any domestic order, i.e. orders within India, is 7 working days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product.
While we work to prepare your handmade items, please allow us 2-3 working days to process your order before it's shipped. Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being shipped.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchange of any product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.
1. DAMAGED GOODS
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our workshop. In case of damages (broken item/leakage/missing product), we expect you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos of damaged goods on info@littleearthia.com and we will issue you a credit note post our assessment within 5 working days. Only the product purchase price will be credited, shipping costs are non-refundable. No replacement queries will be accepted post 24 hours.
Please note, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, no two items of the same variant will be identical. There might be slight differences in color, fragrance, and texture.
2. WRONG ORDERS
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us on info@littleearthia.com with your order number and images/videos. We will look into the matter at the earliest.
If you are unsatisfied with any product, kindly reach out to us at info@littleearthia.com along with your concerns and order number. We highly advise you to conduct a patch test before using any product. In case of allergies or skin irritation, immediately discontinue use.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For some reason if you wish to cancel your order with us, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly send us an e-mail at info@littleearthia.com with your order number and we will process your cancellation. Once shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
FAQ’S FOR DIRTY GOOD
Are the products preservative free?
The Body Butter and Lip Care range are preservative free. While, the Fluff Bathing Foams have mild preservatives that are safe for use by children and gentle on the skin. We use no harmful or toxic chemicals.
How do you use the fluff bathing foams?
Just take a coin size in your palm and rub it with water till it lathers. Once it lathers apply all over the wet skin and wash off with water. You can feel an instantly clean and hydrated skin. Use qty as per requirement.
What are the benefits to use the fluff bathing foams?
- It keeps the skin hydrated even after bathing. Does not leave the skin dry like other bathing soaps or gels. Hydrating ingredients like shea butter, glycerine, vitamin e, avocado and olive oils are used making the Fluff Bathing Foam nourishing for the skin
- We have different fragrances and aromas that helps elevate mood along with relaxing and calming effects
- The texture and consistency is like whipped cream, feels comforting and calming to touch
- Different colors used in the FBF are a treat to the eye and is visually appealing
Overall it’s a great product to use that uplifts the bathing routine to a more fun and adventurous one
What is the anchor and mermaid tail in the two FBF?
These are soaps that can be kept aside for hand wash or bathing – as desired.
How do you use the Body Butter?
Best to use the Body Butter is straight after a bath on damp skin so that it hydrates the skin better. Take a coin size in your palm and rub it between your palms. As it melts in your hand apply it on body. Take qty as per required.
A little tip : If one feels the consistency of the Body Butter is thick - Mix a little Body Butter with any body lotion that you already use. You will feel the difference within a few days only. It certainly makes the skin supple and keeps it hydrated for long

Why is the Body Butter thick?
Since we do not use any aqua in it, the consistency is thick but remains SOFT. No preservatives are used in the body butter just the goodness of all the lovely ingredients mentioned.
Lip Care Range – Lip Balms & Chapstick?
They come in lip - smacking flavours that are delicious to taste and feel good on the lips. We use bees wax, almond oil and vit e that helps nourish and sooth dry lips
What is the USP of the Brand / Products?
Handcrafted and made in small batches that makes our process of making M/S Dirty Good products more diligent and with care Vegan No harmful/harsh or toxic chemicals are used

We advise kids above the age of 4 years. Also, request to do a patch test before using the products
